Are you passionate about humanitarian work and managing teams in a company on a human scale? Then join the Fondation Follereau Luxembourg (FFL)<\/strong> as General Coordinator (m\/f\/x)<\/strong>. We are looking for a motivated individual to coordinate the activities of our head office team, while working closely with the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Coordination of internal activities:<\/strong> supervising and supporting the various departments (communication, projects, finance) to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Institutional representation:<\/strong> representing the FFL on national bodies in liaison with institutional and association partners. Management and monitoring of framework agreements and co-financing from public funds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. External representation:<\/strong> Promoting the Fondation Follereau’s activities to the general public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Administrative support and relations with the Board of Directors:<\/strong> preparing meetings, drafting reports and liaising between the head office team and the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Financial and strategic monitoring:<\/strong> overseeing budget management, donations and resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
