Your tasks

  1. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  2. Support teams by facilitating internal processes (logistics, support and document management).
  3. Ensuring a smooth interface with external service providers.
  4. Monitor relations with suppliers and service providers (contract management, payment monitoring and service quality).

Your profile

  • Experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Knowledge of the workings of NGOs or the voluntary sector is a plus.
  • Rigorous organisation and a sense of priorities.
  • Good command of office automation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
