Ziel ist es, den Auswirkungen der interethnischen Konflikte auf das Gesundheitssystem entgegenzuwirken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz <strong>anhaltender Instabilit\u00e4t<\/strong> wurden im Jahr 2024 bedeutende Fortschritte erzielt. Das Projekt begleitet weiterhin 43 Gesundheitseinrichtungen in den Distrikten M\u2019ba\u00efki und Boda mit dem Ziel, den Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung f\u00fcr marginalisierte Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen, insbesondere die Ethnien Aka und Peulh, zu verbessern. Allein im Jahr 2024 wurden <strong>10.649 pr\u00e4natale Beratungen<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt wurden 405 Patientinnen und Patienten zur fach\u00e4rztlichen Versorgung \u00fcberwiesen. Gleichzeitig f\u00fchrten die lokalen Gesundheitseinrichtungen <strong>57.510 kurative Konsultationen<\/strong> durch. Auch auf den Ausbruch von Affenpocken in Boda reagierte das Projekt rasch und konnte durch gezielte Sensibilisierungskampagnen eine weitere Ausbreitung der Krankheit eind\u00e4mmen. Im Jahr 2024 wurden zudem <strong>102 Patientinnen und Patienten<\/strong> aller Altersgruppen auf der Intensivstation <strong>behandelt<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>mehr als doppelt so viele wie urspr\u00fcnglich erwartet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahme fand vor dem Hintergrund einer chronischen Krise statt, gepr\u00e4gt von extremer Armut, einer Verschlechterung \u00f6ffentlicher Gesundheitsdienste und anhaltenden Spannungen zwischen den Gemeinschaften.
