In den Interventionsgebieten der Stiftung, sowohl vergangene als auch in den aktuellen, trifft ein Krankheitsfall nicht nur den Kranken selbst, sondern eine ganze Familie. Besonders wenn die Mutter die Patientin ist. Demnach, und aufgrund der urpsr\u00fcnglichen Mission der Stiftung, \u2013 sich gegen alle Formen der Ausgrenzung einzusetzen, ist es folgerichtig gewesen, dass die Fondation Follereau ihre Aktivit\u00e4ten auf die Betreuung und Begleitung von betroffenen Familien und besonders von Kindern, die durch die Abwesenheit ihrer Eltern auf sich alleine gestellt sind, ausgebaut hat.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Lebensbedingungen der am st\u00e4rksten gef\u00e4hrdeten afrikanischen Gemeinschaften zu f\u00f6rdern und zu st\u00e4rken, arbeitet die Fondation Follereau Luxembourg seit mehr als 50 Jahren mit ihren Partnern zusammen. Sie unterst\u00fctzt lokale, integrative und positive Initiativen als Reaktion auf die Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Bildung, Schutz und Nothilfe. Es gibt Projekte f\u00fcr und von der Gemeinschaft, die deren Wirkung und Nachhaltigkeit sicherstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch diese mit ihren lokalen Partnern initiierten Projekte hilft die Stiftung mehr als 23.000 Kindern, die eine Chance bekommen, ihr eigenes Schicksal zu bestimmen. Um die Achtung ihrer Grundrechte zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, ist die Stiftung auf mehreren Ebenen t\u00e4tig: Identifizierung von Stra\u00dfenkindern, nach M\u00f6glichkeit Wiedereingliederung in ihre Familien oder Zugang zu Bildung und zertifizierter Berufsausbildung, die an den lokalen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Arbeitsm\u00e4rkten ausgerichtet sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeden Tag werden weltweit gro\u00dfe Fortschritte gemacht.
